Mountain Remedy Delivery is a cannabis delivery company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. With major competitors like Eaze and Get Sava expanding into their market, Mountain Remedy needed a powerful way to differentiate their deliver service. So, they hired AVO Brands to develop a social media strategy that would appeal to their target audience and translate into powerful marketing campaigns that could weather unpredictable regulation changes.
Solution
As a social media expert with 15 years of experience in creative and successful companies, I developed a comprehensive social media strategy for Mountain Remedy Delivery that evolved with platform changes and regulatory challenges. We started by conducting a competitive analysis of their market to identify areas of opportunity for the brand.
To get around strict compliance regulations, we created a clever campaign that adhered to regulations while still being creative and impactful. “It’s In The Bag” Campaign highlighted Mountain Remedy’s unique selling points: their accessibility, reliability, and friendliness. Beyond user-generated posts, educational content, and “pun-ny” slogans, our team developed a stand-out visual aesthetic for use across social media, digital advertising, billboards, and more.
In addition to strategy, we provided social media management and engagement services, which involved creating and curating content, posting on social media platforms, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics to measure the effectiveness of the strategy.
